The RC extraction software Lepton based on the three-dimensional finite element method developed by EXCEEDA has been applied in the Mozz-TCAD product of Cogenda Technology Co., Ltd. for extracting the parasitic parameters of devices in advanced processes of integrated circuits. Lepton supports first-order and second-order finite element methods, including a high-speed multi-threaded parallel equation solving engine and multiple conductivity models. Its accuracy and computational performance reach the level of similar RC extraction software internationally. At present, this product has been actually applied in leading domestic IC enterprises and has received a large number of commercial subscription orders.

Recently, SuperCap was approved after a foreign customer evaluation trial, and officially introduced SuperCap for the extraction of RC parameters for OLED pixel design. The customer has long focused on the cutting-edge exploration of semiconductor and display technology, and has taken a leading position in the industry in oxide semiconductors, OLED display technology and other fields.It is expected that SuperCap can help customers develop technology and be recognized by more customers in the FPD industry.
