The tool enables fast wiring between FPC ports and IC ports in the specified wiring space, while meeting tight constraints such as geometry, resistance, and process. The tool combines AI algorithm with traditional routing rules to automatically solve the optimal routing in the routing process, quickly obtain routing results, and greatly improve the routing efficiency of designers. At present, the tool has been signed with the industry's leading enterprises, officially introduced into use. It is expected that this tool can bring design efficiency to more FPD users.
